This charming Home Retreat called “NYC Homestay” in The Bronx, New York! It is the perfect place for solo travellers. With amenities like air conditioning, WiFi, and a gaming room with a PS5, E-Bike Rent, and NYC Tour Guide will help you about your stay. NYC Homestay is in a perfect location which is nearly NYC top of the city connected. The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby.For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus, which has stops near Cross Bronx Expressway Service Rd/Haviland Av and Castle Hill Av/Cross Bronx. The nearest subway station is West-Chester Sq- E Tremont Av, a 5-minute walk away. Minimum 7 days booking required and every booking has laundry and cleaning fees. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building, neon-lit Times Square and the theatres of Broadway. NYC Homestay is a very budget friendly “Home Retreat” at Bronx, New York City. For easy transportation you can use my rental electronic scooter or E-Bike. My home rules are
- Private Room 950 – 1250$. (Included Room & Bed, AC, Fridge, Kitchenette, IPTV, NETFLIX, Prime Video, PS-5)
- Utility bill & WIFI 150$
- Key Deposit: 25$ (Refundable)
- Common area cleaning weekly: 1 day schedule or 25$
- Check-in is mandatory with documents.
- As muslim I do not eat or allow to cook pork, so it’s a pork free home.
- When you cook please clean your mess, and respect others & rules!
