Homestay assists homeowners in promoting their properties on global booking platforms, helping them conduct daily rentals. If you’re interested in renting out your home daily, Homestay is the perfect solution for you. Both parties enter the business through a signup agreement. All home issues are solved by the homeowner, and all advertising platform issues are solved by zooFamily. All prices are exclusive of VAT, tax, service charge, and the booking platform’s commission. This cost will be automatically included by the booking platform. This means the booking platform users will pay those amounts to Homeowners, and homeowners will pay that amount to booking platforms. Under the terms of this“Advertising Agreement,” the advertiser will promote Home on the Internet to allow Internet users to book home rooms or beds through booking platforms. If a host receives money without a booking platform, then zooFamily has the right to terminate the agreement.
