Homestay by zooFamaily has a few projects, and one of the project called NYC Retreat Homestay by zooFamily, which is located in the Bronx, New York. NYC is a global centre for finance, culture, and entertainment, renowned for its iconic landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and Central Park. New York State, affectionately known as “The Empire State”. It is located in Manhattan, which is the most densely populated part of New York City. It’s mostly made up of Manhattan Island, bounded by the Hudson, East, and Harlem rivers. Among the world’s major commercial, financial, and cultural centres. Manhattan is expensive due to high demand and extremely limited space, creating a competitive market for housing and commercial property. This is further driven by its role as a global financial capital with high-paying jobs, significant international investment, high taxes, and strict regulations that limit housing supply. To get a room near Manhattan is very challenging; I found the Bronx is the best place that is near Manhattan. I’m a big believer in positive thinking, so I make sure to create a cosy little space where I can hang out with positive people.
With my mind’s cape, I have created a cosy home at 2238 Haviland Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462. I desire to seek knowledge, the reason I love to host. I usually take the number 6 train to get there from Manhattan, which is a quick and comfortable 45 min journey from Manhattan to Castle Hill Station by train, and from my home, just a 5-minute walk away from Castle Hill Station.
New York City is renowned for its high cost of living, especially in Manhattan, which serves as the heart of the city. Manhattan is the most densely populated of New York City. From my home (Bronx) to Manhattan, it’s a 20-minute drive or a 45-minute bus or train. The Bronx is full of history and culture. Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige live near my home, but I am not a big fan of them! I am a culture-loving person who loves to host cultures and experiences. You definitely like the cosy home & my spiritual idea. I love to live a life around positive people, so negative people are not welcome here. In my life, positivity come 1st, then home sharing, then concepts, then life! I’m a big fan of positive vibes, so I’m super excited to introduce with someone who will be a real friend. I’m thrilled to share my cultures, cuisines, and experiences with my friend. The idea behind this project is to connect with strangers and turn them into our own little family, what I call “zooFamily”! I am a very clean and spiritual person; I welcome only positive people, vibes, and opportunities.
This charming Home has a few rooms, which are located in the Bronx, New York! This home is designed for a better lifestyle, complete with air conditioning, WiFi, and a gaming room equipped with a PS5. E-Bike, Cycle, and tour is available from this NYC home retreat. The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby. For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus and the Number 6 subway line. I believe you also like me for my positive energy and my hospitality. Anyone can join the Yoga & meditation, but to stay, you need to check in for a bed or a room. However, it’s a small, cosy home, so my occupancy capacity is limited!
