The Last Stage by zooFamily is a spiritual home which is located in “New York”; and it refers to both the state and its largest city, New York City (NYC). NYC is a global centre for finance, culture, and entertainment, renowned for its iconic landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and Central Park. New York State, affectionately known as “The Empire State”. It is located at Manhattan; which is the most densely populated of New York City. It’s mostly made up of Manhattan Island, bounded by the Hudson, East and Harlem rivers. Among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centre’s. Manhattan is expensive due to high demand and extremely limited space, creating a competitive market for housing and commercial property. This is further driven by its role as a global financial capital with high-paying jobs, significant international investment, high taxes, and strict regulations that limit housing supply. To get a room near Manhattan is very challenging; I found Bronx is the best place which is near to Manhattan. I’m a big believer in positive thinking, so I make sure to create a cosy little space where I can hang out with positive people. I am a knowledge seeking person, I love to do dig the knowledge. I found older people are more knowledgeable, so they attract me. And with this desire I made a home retreat called “The Last Stage”; which is a cozy little home. We all living a life with minds cape, and the last stage is the destination where we will find the peace with body and mind. With my minds cape I have created a cosy home at 2238 Haviland Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462. My desire is to seek knowledge, the reason I love to host. I help people to overcome their mental situation and I love to impact other lives in positive way. The reason I offer free meditation. I usually take the number 6 train to get there from Manhattan, which is a quick and comfortable journey, just a 5-minute walk from my home to castle hill station. New York City is renowned for its high cost of living, especially Manhattan, which serves as the heart of the city. The Bronx is full of history and culture. Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige live near my home, but I am not a big fan of them! I am a culture lover person who love to host for cultures and experiences. You definitely like the cosy home & my spiritual idea. I love to live a life around positive people, so negative people are not welcome here. In my life positivity come 1st, than home sharing, than concepts, than life!

I’m a big fan of positive vibes, so I’m super excited to introduce with someone, who will be a real friend. I’m thrilled to share my cultures, cuisines, and experiences with my friend. The idea behind this project is to connect with strangers and turn them into our own little family, what i called “zooFamily”! This charming Home has few rooms, which located in the Bronx, New York! This home is designed for a better lifestyle, complete with air conditioning, WiFi, and a gaming room equipped with a PS5. E-Bike, Cycle, Walk tour is available from this NYC home retreat. The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby.For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus, which has stops near Cross Bronx Expressway Service Rd/Haviland Av and Castle Hill Av/Cross Bronx. The nearest subway station is West-Chester Sq- E Tremont Av, a 5-minute walk away. I believe you also like me as a positive energy and my hosting hospitality. Anyone can join the host with a booking system, where you will book the time for meditation or bed with meditation. However, it’s a small, cosy home, so my occupancy capacity is limited!
